New Portable Writing Device

Everyone talks about their latest iPhone, Android, or other gadget. Well, I picked up a new device I’m excited about. On a recent trip to Montana, this gem sitting on the floor of an antique store caught my attention. $42 for a vintage late 1940’s Royal De Luxe manual typewriter, considered to be one of the first “portable” models. What can I say…it’s really cool and sounds as excellent as you’d imagine when you’re plunking away on it. I also found the orignial instructions online, both useful and hilarious.
